1. Overview & Shipping Commitment

At AgriMart, we are committed to delivering genuine agricultural inputs, certified seeds, crop nutrition, organic remedies, and modern farm tools safely to your doorstep across India. We partner with reputable national courier services and specialized road freight carriers to ensure timely delivery to both urban locations and rural farming communities.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

• Standard Dispatch Time: Orders are verified, carefully packaged, and handed over to our logistics partners within 24 to 48 business hours from order placement.
• Operating Days: Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays and declared regional transport holidays.
• Seasonal & Monsoon Dispatch: During peak sowing seasons or heavy monsoon conditions, slight delays may occur in regional logistics hubs, which will be promptly communicated to you.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timeframes depend on your destination postal pincode and the nature of the product:

• Metro & Major Cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Semi-Urban & Tier 2/3 Towns: 4 to 6 business days after dispatch.
• Rural Villages & Farming Taluks: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, subject to local road connectivity and carrier reach.

4. Shipping Modes & Heavy Consignments

• Standard Parcel Delivery: Used for seeds, liquid bio-fertilizers, pest management inputs, garden tools, and packaged food staples up to 10 kg.
• Surface Freight / Road Transport: Used for bulk fertilizers, large manure bags (25kg/50kg), knapsack sprayers, power weeders, and irrigation equipment. For heavy machinery, deliveries are arranged to the nearest transport hub or doorstep if road access permits.

5. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight, package dimensions, and delivery location pincode. Any ongoing free shipping promotions or threshold-based discounts will be automatically applied at checkout.

6. Live Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our Chennai fulfillment hub, you will receive an automated SMS, WhatsApp update, and email containing the tracking link and Air Waybill (AWB) consignment number. You can also monitor your live shipment progress anytime through your AgriMart account under My Orders.

7. Delivery Guidelines for Rural Addresses

To ensure smooth delivery to farm and village addresses, please provide an active mobile number, accurate landmark (e.g. near temple, school, or main road), and complete village/taluk details. Delivery handovers may require OTP verification on your mobile phone.
